I work as a Search Marketing Account Executive for Harvest Digital. Harvest is a full-service digital marketing agency; we build websites and digital advertising, and also plan, buy, and manage the media that creates an online presence and achieves digital marketing goals. During my first year at Harvest I worked in display media: planning, buying, and managing digital display campaigns. Now I work in search: operating search marketing accounts. Working at Harvest has taught me how to plan, buy, manage, and optimise online advertising campaigns, and to utilise search, display, email, and affiliate media.Cha-ching

Before Harvest, I worked as a web content editor for Premier Media Group. Premier have a radio station, an internet television channel, a number of magazines and a website. I helped to maintain the website and wrote and edited contributions to its content. I also wrote, edited, and scheduled email newsletters and alerts. The role developed my editorial skills in a web context and began to teach me about email marketing.

Between October 2004 and October 2005, I worked in Client Service for Millward Brown as a Research Executive. Millward Brown is an international market research agency that specialises in consulting on marketing strategy and providing a standard in the assessment of television advertising.

Have a look at my professional CV for further details of my past and current job descriptions and responsibilities.

You can read what I learnt at Millward Brown about what makes a successful brand, and how advertising works.

You can read in some of the posts on my blog a discussion of some of the effects on media and the media industry of increasing interactivity:
